We are urgently looking for a English speaking Mandoop to join our F&B company in Kuwait. • Immediate joining required • Arabs only • Must be able to speak Arabic & English Job Description: • Execute all tasks related to government agencies and other authorities as assigned by the Admin Supervisor. • Complete all renewals, applications, submissions, corrections, and resubmissions accurately and within the required timelines. • Stay updated with the latest government regulations, policies, and announcements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all government agencies and relevant authorities. • Coordinate with internal teams to collect all necessary documentation and information for submissions. • Follow up with government agencies regarding the status of applications and provide regular updates to the Admin Supervisor.

• Attend meetings with government authorities as and when required. • Maintain accurate records and ensure all licenses, permits, visas, and other government-related documents are renewed and up to date. • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies. • Maintain proper documentation and filing for all government-related tasks.

• Handle all official communications with government agencies and respond in a timely manner. • Manage logistics related to transportation, accommodation, and other legal processes for the GCC region. • Post expense requests and invoices on the AFP portal.
