Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging lessons that follow the prescribed curriculum and meet students’ needs.
• Build academic and problem-solving skills and encourage lifelong learning.
• Use only approved textbooks and contribute to curriculum development.
• Track, evaluate, and report student progress to the Principal.
• Maintain accurate academic and behavioral records.
• Hold regular parent conferences.
• Supervise students and support clubs and activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver engaging lessons that follow the prescribed curriculum and meet students’ needs, interests, and abilities
• Build academic and problem-solving skills, and encourage lifelong learning
• Use only textbooks approved by the Board of Trustees and Ministry of Education
• Contribute to curriculum development and the selection of instructional materials

Assessment & Communication

• Track, evaluate, and report on student progress to the Principal
• Maintain accurate academic and behavioral records
• Hold and document regular parent conferences
• Refer students needing additional support to the appropriate staff

School Community

• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and during breaks and dismissal
• Lead or support student activities and after-school clubs
• Attend staff, grade-level, and student-focused meetings, and serve on committees as needed
• Model and uphold the school’s values, including respect for Islamic principles and the virtues of honesty, integrity, and kindness
• Represent ACA positively and follow all school policies

Professional Growth

• Pursue ongoing development through in-service training, seminars, and courses
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Principal
