Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an experienced Electrician to join the Al-Kuwait team for a full-time position. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components, including wiring, fixtures and control systems, in a facility in Al-Kuwait.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, the ability to read drawings, knowledge of regulations, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance activities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations, standards, materials, equipment, tools and best practices.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components including wiring, fixtures, control systems and power supplies.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify any issues.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring systems.
• Follow safety protocols when performing any tasks.
