Job description

We are a leading construction and contracting company specializing in high-end hospitality and large-scale developments. We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in 5-star hotel projects to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical contracting works for 5-star hotels or similar high-end projects.
• Proven expertise in electrical systems design, load calculations, and data sheet preparation.
• Strong knowledge in preparing and reviewing submittals, material inspection requests (MIR), as-built drawings, and technical checklists.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating with consultants and clients on all project stages.
• Familiar with Ministry of Electricity (MOE) procedures and local authority approvals.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate with site and design teams efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve electrical drawings, designs, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit all project-related documentation including as-built files and test reports.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Membership in a professional engineering society is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
