We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with construction companies in Kuwait, with strong expertise in Low Voltage (LV) systems, tender submissions, electrical pricing and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit electrical tenders, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for electrical works.
• Provide in-depth knowledge and technical input on Low Voltage (LV) systems and related electrical components.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure tender requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify technical queries and support tender negotiations.
• Monitor and support site execution activities for electrical works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of electrical drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait local electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist the project team with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and updates for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer with construction companies in Kuwait.
• Strong expertise in Low Voltage (LV) systems and electrical pricing.
• Solid experience in tender submissions, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation for electrical works.
• Experience in site execution of electrical works is an added advantage.
• Excellent technical understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Kuwait.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, electrical design software).
