Job summary

Linked4HR is seeking an experienced Driller for a client in Kuwait to operate deep onshore drilling rigs (3000HP+). The role requires 3+ years in deep onshore drilling, familiarity with NOV EDS systems and joystick controls, and a strong safety mindset. Candidates from Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia or Asia are preferred.

IWCF/IADC well control certs and safety training are required. You will lead the rig team, monitor parameters, and ensure equipment reliability in a remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of drilling experience as a Driller on deep onshore land rigs.
• Experience with 3000HP+ rigs and deep drilling operations.
• Experience with NOV EDS systems and cyber/chair joystick rigs.
• Ability to lead and maintain safety.
• Willingness to work in remote onshore environments.
• IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification and safety certs.

Job description

We are seeking Drillers with deep drilling land rig 3000HP experience for our client in Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the drilling equipment including drawworks mud pumps and drilling systems to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations
• Monitor drilling parameters make necessary adjustments and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities
• Collaborate closely with the drilling team including assistant drillers derrickhands and roughnecks to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations
• Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team

Experience of 3+years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling onshore/land rig operations.Candidates from Canada, United States, Europe, Eastern Europe, Australia, China are preferred.

Must have worked with NOV EDS systems and cyber/chair joysticks rigs.
