Orix Digi is seeking a Junior Reels Video Editor for the MENA region. The role involves owning end-to-end delivery of short-form video content, editing with a focus on optimization, and translating business goals into measurable weekly actions. This onsite position is based in Doha and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will work on KPI-driven experiments, document learnings, and ensure high-quality stakeholder communication to scale impact across campaigns in the MENA markets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in short-form video editing and optimization.
• Hands-on with Premiere Pro, storyboarding, performance hooks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Data-informed decision making with KPI analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with ability to execute against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Reels Video Editor initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and measurable weekly actions.
• Run structured experiments and document performance learnings for scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, reporting clarity, and leadership-ready status updates.
