Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based in Kuwait. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical care for patients with skin, hair, and nail conditions, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing dermatological procedures, managing chronic and acute conditions such as acne and other inflammatory skin diseases, and documenting care in line with clinical standards. The role may also involve cosmetic dermatology services, patient education on treatment options and preventive care, coordination with other medical professionals, and adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Clinical expertise in Acne management and related dermatologic disorders, including evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Skills in Cosmetology and Cosmetic Dermatology, including non-surgical aesthetic procedures and patient counseling on cosmetic treatments.
• Recognized medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology, and valid licensure or eligibility to practice in Kuwait, in line with local regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient dermatology practice, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to high standards of patient safety and care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and engage respectfully with a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records, familiarity with clinical protocols, and willingness to participate in continuous professional development.
