Qualifications

• Proven experience working with flowers in a sales or design environment; at least 3 years preferred.
• Identify different flowers quickly; exotic flowers knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; provide friendly service while addressing queries.
• Creative eye for design; create unique arrangements within budget.
• Weekend work may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Arranging flowers per customer requests and company standards.
• Suggesting flower choices that fit customer needs.
• Ensure all arrangements meet company standards.
• Advise customers on care instructions for purchased flowers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right type of flower for their needs.
