Job summary

We are seeking a talented Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role requires a good eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work with customers to create beautiful floral designs. You should have knowledge of flower varieties and be able to work independently.

The successful candidate will create custom arrangements, maintain fresh flowers, display blooms attractively, and keep sales records. A minimum of 1 year floristry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in floristry or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of flower varieties, colors, textures and scents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Creating floral arrangements for customers according to their specifications.
• Displaying flowers in attractive fashion.
• Recommending flowers for special occasions and events.
• Working with customers to create unique designs.
• Keeping records of flower sales.
• Ensuring the freshness of flowers, trimming stems and changing water regularly as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
