Qualifications

• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good understanding of food health codes and regulations.
• Excellent knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals for customers according to their dietary preferences.
• Creating new menu items based on customer feedback and seasonal availability of ingredients.
• Ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
• Assisting other staff with food preparation if needed.
