• Proven track record in Cost & Estimation in civil construction or road projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material takeoffs and reviews takeoffs provided by the Engineering Department.
• Develop procedures for estimates for modifications to facilities.
• Validation and verification of estimates using high-level norms.
• Monitor performance of the estimating process as part of KPIs.
