Job summary

Jing Hau is seeking a skilled Surveyor on a contract basis in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will conduct land surveys using GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and aerial photography to produce accurate maps and reports.

The role requires strong math skills, CAD software proficiency, and excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus. Accommodation is provided, and visa may be required for Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• Proficient in GPS receivers, total stations and digital levels.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations.
• Knowledge of CAD software for maps and reports.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physically fit for fieldwork in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys with GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and aerial photography.
• Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps and reports.
• Utilize software programs for data collection, analysis, and mapping.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet project objectives.
• Adhere to safety protocols during fieldwork and data collection.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide surveying information for construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including survey notes, maps, reports, and legal descriptions.
