Job summary

Work standard is seeking a skilled Light Driver for a contract position in Kuwait. You will operate sedans, SUVs and vans to transport personnel and materials, while adhering to traffic laws and performing routine vehicle maintenance.

Requirements include a valid light driver's license, minimum 2 years of experience, and English communication ability. Kuwait road knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills are essential. Accommodation will be provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Valid light driver’s license from origin country (African nationals preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a light driver in a similar role.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic a plus).
• Familiarity with Kuwait roads and traffic laws.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel and materials to designated locations.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance activities.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
