Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait in Kuwait City is seeking a proactive Junior Accountant to support daily accounting tasks, including reconciliations, data entry and reporting. The role is contract-based and pays 1200$ per month.

Key tasks include accounts payable/receivable support, bank reconciliations, and preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports, working closely with senior staff. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting role.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Enter financial data into accounting software
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial reports
• Support senior accounting staff with various tasks as needed
