BlueDynamics is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all stages of construction projects in Kuwait. You will plan, budget, schedule, and ensure quality while coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers.

This urgent role requires immediate availability and strong leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Construction Management and at least 5 years of experience, with excellent communication and proficiency in project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Al-Kuwait.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PM software.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project timelines and schedules.
• Prepare budget estimates and monitor project costs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
