Job summary

EcoFarm Solutions in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait seeks a skilled Construction Manager to lead end-to-end construction projects. You will plan, budget, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of construction management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. Arabic knowledge is a plus; the role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules.
• Monitor progress and keep projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Review and approve project designs and plans.
• Procure materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct quality control inspections on workmanship.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Keep track of project expenses and report to upper management.
