Construction Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. We are a construction company based in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must have experience in the construction industry, be able to manage projects from start to finish, and possess excellent management and communication skills. This position offers a salary of 1500 and is open to considering immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction project activities from beginning to end, including the preparation of plans, budgets, and specifications; the selection of contractors; making sure that construction is being carried out as per plans.
• Ensure safety standards are met; manage cost control systems; track progress of each stage of the project; liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant personnel.
• Resolve disputes or technical issues that may arise during the course of projects; ensure timely completion of projects within budget limits; deliver project reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of building regulations, health and safety protocols, quality control systems, as well as knowledge in the use of industry software such as CAD.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills both face-to-face and via electronic media.
