Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our construction projects, with a salary of 1300.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the planning, design, and construction activities associated with our projects.
  • Supervise crews and liaise with subcontractors; ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Manage timeframes and budgets; review plans; track progress on each project; resolve technical issues that arise during construction; ensure all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
  • Develop project plans based on client specifications; prepare cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors during the project’s duration; monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the build process; resolve technical problems that arise during construction.
  • Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle; document changes in design or scope related to completion date or cost estimate changes.
  • Create reports outlining progress and budget status on each project at regular intervals; provide guidance and support to other team members throughout each project’s duration.
