Construction Manager - English Speaking

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. This position requires fluency in English and is open to candidates of Indian or Filipino nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety standards, and compliance with regulations
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Communicate with clients on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software

Salary: $900 per month
