Job summary

Workato is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support elderly clients in Al-Kuwait. This part-time role focuses on daily living activities, companionship, and emotional well-being, with 20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to family or supervisor.

English communication is required; Arabic skills are a plus. Indian nationality with biometric passport is a requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in caregiving for elderly individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic language skills is a plus).
• Must be Indian nationality with valid biometric passport.
• Must be available to work part-time hours (20-25 hours per week).
• Must have experience with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients on outings or appointments.
• Report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the family or supervisor.
