Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for a Sales Representative in Kuwait City to achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the coffee sector. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of B2B or HORECA sales experience, negotiating skills, and a passion for coffee. Fluency in English and a Kuwaiti driving license are mandatory. This role includes conducting product presentations and collaborating with logistics for delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of coffee orders.
  • Maintain updated sales records, contracts, and client interaction reports in the CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and share insights with management.
  • Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and coffee events to promote the company’s coffee portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and professional conduct.
Key Requirements
  • Male, of Arab nationality.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • 3–5 years of B2B or HORECA sales experience, in coffee companies, F&B, or hospitality Exclusively.
  • Must own a car and hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license
  • Negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Presentable, self-motivated and driven by targets
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee products and customer needs
  • Valid driving license
