Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a skilled CNC Operator in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait to operate and maintain CNC machines, program, set up, and troubleshoot to ensure high-quality production on schedule. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, follow safety rules, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CNC operation knowledge (preferred), familiarity with G-Code and M-Code, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in CNC operation preferred.
• Previous experience as a CNC operator is desirable but not necessary.
• Understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-Code and M-Code.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical strength to handle heavy equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
• Monitor the machine’s performance during production
• Follow safety regulations when operating machinery
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Maintain accurate records of production run times
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency
