Job summary

Jobleader in Kuwait is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Al-Kuwait. You will operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure safe, efficient production of metal components. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience and strong problem-solving and basic electronics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC machines in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of electronics principles relevant to CNC operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to established safety protocols and production targets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during machine operation to minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance indicators such as speed and accuracy; maintain records of production runs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as needed and communicate issues promptly.
