Responsibilities

• Operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to fabricate parts using specific instructions.
• Interpret engineering drawings, select materials, set up tools and machines.
• Measure parts with precision tools, program the CNC machine per instructions from the engineer or supervisor.
• Inspect completed parts and maintain records of production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior CNC experience.
• Knowledge of mathematics, including geometric calculations; ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to operate CNC equipment accurately; basic computer operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to concentrate on detailed tasks for extended periods.
