Position: CNC Operator

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1600 KD/month

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a variety of machines to produce parts and components according to established specifications and standards. This position offers a salary of 1600 KD/month.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
• Select the appropriate tools needed to operate the machine
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines as well as make necessary adjustments to produce parts that meet specifications
• Monitor the feed and speed of the machine during the machining process
• Perform routine maintenance on the machines
• Regularly inspect finished products for accuracy and conformance with specifications
• Report any problems or discrepancies with production output to supervisor or management staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a production environment
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, etc.
• Good understanding of machine shop mathematics (e.g., trigonometry)
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
