About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the organization’s enterprise‑wide technology strategy and digital transformation agenda. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the CTO will be responsible for building a secure, scalable, and innovative technology ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency, supports data‑driven decision‑making, and drives business growth across all business units. This role will oversee IT governance, modernization of legacy systems, enterprise platform implementation, and cybersecurity frameworks while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of senior IT leadership experience in multi‑business or diversified organizations.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation, ERP, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing IT budgets and vendor partnerships.
  • Expertise in building and leading high‑performing technology teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable, results‑driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth and innovation.
