Job summary

ConFlip in Al-Kuwait seeks a motivated Chemist to conduct research and laboratory experiments, analyze results, and help develop new products to improve existing processes.

The successful candidate will have a chemistry background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data from tests; experience in an industrial setting is preferred but not required. Salary is 1,000 KWD per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
• Proven experience as a Chemist or similar role in an industrial setting is preferred but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulations
• Great attention to detail and accuracy when conducting tests/experiments
• Ability to interpret data accurately from reports/results of tests/experiments

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments and researching new processes that improve product quality
• Analyzing data from laboratory tests to develop formulas and processes
• Developing new products or processes by considering economic factors, environmental considerations, safety requirements, etc.
• Maintaining accurate records of all experiments and results to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the research is effectively implemented in production
• Assist in troubleshooting problems related to production processes
• Utilizing computer software applications to design or analyze experimental results
• Preparing reports on research findings and presenting them to management
