Overview

Position: Chef

Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

Salary: 1400 KWD/month (or negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our restaurant in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, desserts and more. The ideal candidate must be creative, organized and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition in order to ensure safety standards are met.
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared according to recipes with no compromise on quality or safety standards.
• Develop new recipes for menu items according to customer requirements.
• Manage food costs by minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
