Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in the culinary field. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on international cuisine and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, nutrition, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant management systems is preferred.

Job Duties
  • Create new recipes while maintaining existing dishes using fresh ingredients and seasonings according to company standards.
  • Prepare meals according to customer specifications in an efficient manner while ensuring quality control throughout the process.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained at all times, as well as keeping up with current health codes and regulations.
  • Monitor food costs on a daily basis, ordering ingredients when necessary based on budget requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff including delegating tasks, assigning duties, and monitoring performance levels; provide coaching when needed.
