Job summary

PPOAR is looking for an entry-level Cashier in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait to accurately process customer transactions, maintain a clean checkout area, and provide friendly service.

The successful candidate will handle cash and card payments, assist customers, and work flexible shifts, including weekends. Indian nationals with valid Kuwait residency are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national with valid residency in Kuwait.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

We are a well-established retail company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait and we are seeking an Indian national to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, maintaining the cleanliness of the checkout area, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan items and process payments accurately using our POS system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and honesty
• Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
• Ensure all products are properly scanned and priced
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor

Requirements

• Must be an Indian national with valid residency in Kuwait (own visa)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cashier experience is not required but is preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
