We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be expected to work with wood to create, repair and install furniture, frames and other items. The position offers a salary of 1700. We are willing to consider applications from foreigners.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, such as window frames, door frames, staircases etc.
• Install fixtures such as shelves, cupboards etc.
• Operate power tools such as saws, hammers and drills
• Repair furniture and fixtures with damaged parts
• Perform maintenance duties on carpentry tools and equipment
• Work with other tradespeople to complete jobs on time.
• Follow safety regulations at all times while on the job.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in carpentry is required
• Proficiency in using power tools such as saws and drills is essential
• Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams is preferred
• Good physical strength and stamina is necessary for this position since it involves manual labouring activities
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
