Job summary

Charm Connect in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide physical and emotional support to elderly or disabled clients. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, manage medications, prepare meals, and accompany clients to appointments while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

This role offers visa sponsorship and is student friendly; you must be legally allowed to work in Hawalli and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• A compassionate attitude towards elderly or disabled individuals.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Hawalli.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Administer medication as prescribed by the client’s doctor.
• Monitor clients’ health and report changes to the supervisor.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure clients follow a healthy diet.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or community outings.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote mental stimulation.
• Keep track of medical supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
