Role Overview

Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and cross-industry campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth within the Kuwait market. You will collaborate with key partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to create high-impact joint initiatives and localized marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Collaboration
  • Identify, approach, and build strategic partnerships with local brands, supermarkets, retail chains, lifestyle platforms, and other relevant businesses.
  • Design and execute cross-brand initiatives such as joint campaigns, benefit exchange programs, and co-member acquisition activities.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including pitching, negotiations, agreement signing, and partnership delivery.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Create and launch cross-industry marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to strengthen brand presence and drive user conversion.
  • Coordinate internal teams including sales, operations, and marketing to support seamless execution.
Market Insights & Localization
  • Conduct research on customer behavior, consumption trends, and channel ecosystem in Kuwait and nearby markets.
  • Develop localized marketing plans leveraging cultural insights, seasonal, and local events.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor partnership and campaign performance, analyze results, and produce post-campaign evaluation reports.
  • Continuously optimize collaboration models and campaign strategies to maximize ROI and brand impact.
Partnership Management
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility and unlock ongoing collaborative opportunities.
  • Manage resource planning and partnership budget to ensure efficient delivery and value creation.
