Cabin Cleaning Team Leader

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and supervise the aircraft cabin cleaning team during aircraft turnarounds, night stops, and deep cleaning operations.
• Ensure cabin interiors meet airline hygiene and presentation standards before departure.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of cleaning crew during each shift.
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to verify service quality.
• Manage and control all cabin cleaning consumables and ensure no wastage.
• Maintain shift-wise stock records and submit inventory usage reports.
• Report cabin defects, damages, or missing items identified during cleaning.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated turnaround time and meet service level agreements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or appearance services, with 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of aircraft cabin cleaning procedures and turnaround operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight turnaround times.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced airside environment.
• Valid airside driving permit (preferred).
• Strong team leadership and coordination abilities.
• Effective time and resource management.

Security Officer

• Monitor access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel and passengers are allowed entry.
• Carry out pre-departure aircraft security checks, including cabin, galley, and lavatories, to detect prohibited or suspicious items.
• Coordinate with boarding gate staff to maintain smooth and secure boarding operations.
• Supervise and secure catering, cleaning, and loading activities around the aircraft.

Sales Support Executive - KSA

Jazeera Airways is looking for a Sales Support Executive based out of Riyadh who will be responsible to look for opportunities to maximize revenue contribution, market share and brand awareness whilst sharing important market intelligence and business leads with the Sales Manager/ Key Account Managers.

The incumbent will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, filing paperwork, managing appointments and providing other support tasks for the sales staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support Key Account Managers, Sales Manager and Area Manager for backend sales.
• Work as a link between the sales force and the KSA market to monitor/develop pools of revenue, implement strategies and action plans to grow and support sales revenue targets.
• Prepare detailed monthly sales reports containing relevant information on agents, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
• Engage with customers daily to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads.
• Attend meetings as required with sales staff, managers, technical personnel, and others to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
• Organize and coordinate promotional events and annual celebrations for clients, executives, and/or sales personnel, including researching and booking venues, entertainment, and vendors.
• Monitor performance of segments, sales channels, destinations and reporting of deviations.

• Good MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge.
• Residence of KSA would be a preference.

Production Planning Engineer

• Directs and monitors the scheduling of maintenance tasks, aligning workload with available resources, and setting precise start/completion timelines for Line Maintenance.
• Coordinates with Flight Operations to accommodate changes in maintenance or operational requirements.
• Monitors open deferred defects (DDL, ADD, OOPL, and CDD) and develops appropriate rectification plans in coordination with relevant teams.
• Reviews work order databases and aircraft check history after each task is completed.
• Updates finding statuses and ensures timely closure of open findings.
• Records task accomplishment statuses in the system for each aircraft.
• Assists in maintaining and distributing up-to-date technical manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and other publications, ensuring outdated versions are disposed of properly.

• Complies with applicable regulations and standards of Jazeera Airways, and actively participates in the Safety Management System by reporting hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years aviation experience in related field.
• Knowledge of EASA Part M, EASA Part 145 and KUWAIT DGCA regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge, in respect to aircraft regulations and standards applicable to Jazeera fleet.
• Ability to read and demonstrate knowledge from technical publications.
