Bambini in Kuwait seeks a highly organized Buyer Supplier Relations Executive to source products, communicate with local and international suppliers, and manage purchase orders while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will negotiate terms, compare quotations, and coordinate documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for success in this role.

• Previous experience in buying, procurement, sourcing, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, mother & baby products, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to compare offers and understand margins, landed cost, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable products, brands, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Communicate professionally with local and international suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations, price lists, MOQs, payment terms and lead times.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, MOQs and commercial conditions.
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Maintain supplier records, quotations, contracts and product information.
• Coordinate product samples, specifications, packaging and required documentation.
• Follow up production, shipping, delivery schedules, shortages, damages and supplier claims.
• Support management in evaluating suppliers and purchasing opportunities.
• Build long-term professional relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Draft professional emails, inquiries, negotiations and follow-ups in English and Arabic.
