Responsibilities

• Source new vendors and suppliers based on cost analysis and quality of materials
• Analyze market trends to identify potential areas of cost savings
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of agreed goods
• Track inventory levels, pricing changes, and other relevant information
• Prepare purchase orders for products or services
• Monitor progress of orders placed with suppliers
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
• Resolve any issues related to purchasing activities
• Maintain records of all purchased materials or services

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
