Job summary

Kwtsteel in Kuwait seeks an experienced Business Analyst I to lead SAP PP, QM, and PM configurations and improvements. You will partner with production, quality, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure optimal system performance.

You will monitor KPIs, support data migration, and coordinate testing, training, and deployments across PP/QM/PM, acting as a primary point of contact for project delivery and escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PP/QM/PM configurations and process improvements.
• 7+ years of related experience preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical SAP PP/QM/PM support and configurations.
• Analyse business needs and implement solutions across SAP modules.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, and user training activities.
• Serve as primary contact for PP/QM/PM deliverables and escalations.

# Business Analyst I - PP-QMAl-Shuaiba, Al Ahmadi GovernorateWork Type:Full TimeApply NowFacilitate functional and technical assistance in SAP PP and QM by implementing required configurations, supporting process improvements, and ensuring optimal utilization of system capabilities. In addition, monitor KPIs to track performance and ensure alignment with production and quality objectives.• The PP – QM - PM resource acts on behalf of the product Innovation team, responsible for understanding business needs and problems, and implementing/supporting solutions and technical upgrades within SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.• Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions.• Working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, test system changes to ensure a validated state.• Assists in system implementation activities of data migration and training.• Will act as the prime point of contact for all deliverables in the PP, QM, and PM areas and acts as a prime point of contact for all escalations.• Works closely with other IT team members from supply chain, logistics, finance, customer-facing, security, Data Migration, basis, and BI, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to make/support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions.• Also work closely with the offshore team to manage/ monitor their priorities and deliverables.**Years of Experience:**7**Position Title:**Officer**Min.
