Job summary

The Chocolate Bar is seeking a Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist in Salmiya to design engaging social media content, packaging, menus, and branding materials. The role emphasizes motion content creation and print-ready artwork while maintaining a strong brand identity.

Typical responsibilities include designing across platforms, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in local dialects and English is required.
• Professional experience in graphic design, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or agency environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with animation and motion content creation (After Effects is a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of social media content design and platform-specific formatting.
• Experience designing packaging and print-ready files (die-cuts not required).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in photo editing and image retouching.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction and contribute ideas proactively.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Create animated posts, announcements, and motion-based content.
• Develop paid media assets and campaign visuals.
• Design packaging, wrappers, boxes, cups, labels, and other branding materials.
• Prepare packaging artwork with diecuts and print production in mind.
• Design menus and update visuals and layouts regularly.
• Edit and retouch product photography and campaign visuals.
• Create print materials like flyers, posters, signage, and brochures.
• Design large-scale branding including car branding and event visuals.
• Amend designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, activations, and seasonal initiatives.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices.
