Job summary

A leading bank in Kuwait is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality banking services. Responsibilities include responding to customer enquiries, processing cash transactions, and identifying sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration, experience in customer service, and strong communication skills. This role is based in Kuwait City.

Qualifications

  • Experience gained as part of the ABK training programme.
  • Experience of operational processes and procedures.
  • Handling customer issues and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide customer service and support.
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass these to the correct branch colleague.
  • Process cash transactions after verifying signatures and IDs.
  • Perform end of day reconciliations accurately and on time.
  • Create, update and maintain relevant customer records.

Education

Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification in Business Administration and Management
