Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide them with superb customer service
• Ensure the bar is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies daily
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail and food & beverage operations
• Set up and clean the bar area (blender, dishwasher, equipment, etc) and put away all equipment after use to maintain a sanitary environment
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the energy bar menu & boosters and advise customers on their choices
• Procuring, slicing, and cutting ingredients to prepare shakes, parfait, and shots
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a bar (smoothie, shakes, beverages, parfait etc) would be ideal
• Residing within Island and its axis would be an added advantage
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, reach, move around for long durations of time
• The flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
