Job summary

Woopel in Bayan, Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Barista to join our trendy cafe team. You will craft coffee and tea drinks, perform latte art, and deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of barista experience, knowledge of brewing techniques, English fluency (Arabic a plus), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role with a $900 monthly salary starting point, and you must already hold Kuwait residency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Barista experience in a fast-paced cafe.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and ability to adjust for preferences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
• Create latte art and decorate drinks per customer preferences
• Maintain cafe cleanliness and equipment
• Ensure quality by measuring ingredients and following recipes
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and taking orders
• Handle cash transactions using POS system
• Restock supplies and assist with other tasks
