Overview

Barista vacancy in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be willing to take initiative and be able to work independently. We are open to considering a foreign applicant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all coffee drinks according to company standards (espresso drinks, steaming/mfrothing milk, etc.).
• Brew tea drinks and grind coffee beans as needed.
• Clean and restock the bar; maintain a clean work area and ensure health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service: take orders quickly and accurately, upsell when possible, answer questions about menu items.
• Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Barista in specialty coffee shops
• Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods (espresso, Chemex, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
