Responsibilities

• Take customer orders, prepare and serve beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure all equipment is properly functioning and follow food safety protocols.
• Answer customer questions about menu items, suggest drinks based on customer preferences, and suggest food pairings with beverages.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the field of barista and coffee service.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Knowledge of different types of coffees and teas and understanding of beverage preparation techniques.
