ConFlip in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, seeks an experienced Indian Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods, following recipes with precision in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is Indian, holds a valid Kuwait work permit, and has prior bakery or pastry chef experience. Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques is preferred, and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be Indian national with valid work permit in Kuwait.
• Prior experience as baker or pastry chef required.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques preferred.
• Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
• Ensure all products are of high quality and meet company standards
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
• Assist with creating new menu items based on customer demand
• Train new bakery staff on proper baking techniques and procedures
