Job summary

A virtual air traffic management network in Kuwait is seeking a Training Director to oversee all training-related operations. Responsibilities include managing the Kuwaiti training program, developing training resources, and ensuring high standards of training. Candidates must have a C1+ ATC rating with sufficient hours and a commitment to an active online presence. Fluent English is required, with Arabic as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Permanent ATC Rating: C1+ with at least 100 ATC hours with their current rank.
• Be in good standing within the VATSIM Network.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Kuwaiti training programme and oversees vACC mentors and students.
• Oversees and develops training resources within the vACC.
• Ensures training is expeditious and of a good standard throughout the vACC.

Ability to develop and communicate ATC training topics

Understanding of VATSIM policies
