RSM Kuwait is seeking a motivated ESG & Sustainability Associate to join our Sustainability Services team in Kuwait. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in ESG, sustainability, or related disciplines who want to pursue a career in sustainability advisory.

You will support ESG engagements, prepare reports and disclosures, conduct data analysis, and stay current on trends and regulatory developments while contributing to client deliverables and

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of ESG or sustainability experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Basic understanding of ESG principles and corporate responsibility.
• Familiarity with GRI, SDGs, SASB or related frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ESG and sustainability advisory engagements for clients.
• Prepare sustainability reports and ESG disclosures per frameworks.
• Collect and analyze environmental, social, and governance data.
• Support ESG assessments and related consulting assignments.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ESG & Sustainability Associate to join the Sustainability Services team in Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with an academic background or relevant experience in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Sustainability, or related disciplines, who are interested in building a career in sustainability advisory and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in delivering ESG and sustainability advisory engagements for clients across various industries.
• Assist in preparing sustainability reports and ESG disclosures in line with relevant international reporting frameworks.
• Conduct research and support data collection, analysis, and reporting on environmental, social, and governance matters.
• Assist with sustainability assessments, ESG performance evaluations, and related consulting assignments.
• Support research and analysis related to sustainable finance, climate change, social responsibility, and corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other project deliverables. li>
• Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, sustainability standards, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental consulting, or related areas. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Studies, Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant discipline.
• Basic understanding of ESG principles, sustainability concepts, and corporate responsibility.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards such as GRI, UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), SASB, or other relevant reporting frameworks would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
