Grand Hyatt Kuwait City seeks an Assistant Manager - Outside Catering Service to lead and motivate the event service team for the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait. You will drive service delivery across diverse events in and outside the hotel, ensuring high standards and seamless operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and excellent communication to align with brand standards and strategic objectives. Fluency in English and Arabic is expected.

Summary

As an Assistant Manager - Outside Catering Service, you will enjoy to assist in leading, motivating and driving the event service team function of the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait.

The flexible event space covers over 6000 sqm and you will be responsible to manage all event types in and outside the hotel.

This role requires hands on leadership with strong people management, communications and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
