The main purpose of this role will be the delivery of 5* service to Powerscourt’s guests in McGill's outlet. The assistant manager will hold responsibility for the highest levels of guest satisfaction while ensuring operational and financial target delivery.
The manager will ensure employees are properly trained on quality and 5* service standards and are empowered to carry out all job duties.
The successful candidate will identify areas for development for their team leaders and supervisors, understanding the need for on the job coaching and feedback.
Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
