About the role:

• The main purpose of this role will be the delivery of 5* service to Powerscourt’s guests in McGill's outlet. The assistant manager will hold responsibility for the highest levels of guest satisfaction while ensuring operational and financial target delivery.
• The manager will ensure employees are properly trained on quality and 5* service standards and are empowered to carry out all job duties.
• The successful candidate will identify areas for development for their team leaders and supervisors, understanding the need for on the job coaching and feedback.
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
