Job summary

Ecojob in Al Ahmadi is seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other goods according to our recipes and standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of bakery experience, knowledge of baking techniques, and the ability to follow recipes with creativity. This is a part-time role with a competitive salary of 1600$ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of baking experience
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being creative with flavor combinations
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or bags of flour/sugar
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Detail-oriented with good decorating coordination

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
• Bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries and other baked goods
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or toppings
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust cooking times as needed
• Label, store and rotate products according to food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
